Getting Started

1.    The first thing you need to know about your cloud server is its root or administrator password, and


       its IP address. Here's how you can find out.



2.    When your cloud server is provisioned, you should receive an email similar to the one shown below.


       Please take note of the highlighted part and log into the portal mentioned.





3.    After you have logged into the portal, click on "Cloud Servers" to see the list of cloud servers you have,


       then click on "Details" of the cloud server that has just been provisioned to you. Please see image


       below for illustration.






4.    Click on "password" to reveal the root / administrator password of your cloud server.





5.    The revealed password will be displayed in an manner like this.






6.    Next, to find out the IP address of your cloud server, please click on "IP Addresses" as illustrated below...





7.    The IP address of your cloud server will be displayed like this...





Now that you have obtained the root / administrator password and the IP address of your cloud server,

you can start accessing your cloud server.


If your cloud server is a Linux, you can access it using SSH. After you have logged into your cloud server using

SSH, it will be as if you are logging into a physical server, whereby you can perform tasks like creating users,

changing the root password, installing Apache, etc.

If your cloud server is a Windows, you can access it using Remote Desktop Connection. After you have logged

into your cloud server using Remote Desktop Connection, it will be as if you are logging into a physical server,

whereby you can perform tasks like creating users, changing the administrator password, enabling additional

Roles and Features, etc.

If your cloud server is a Linux server with Plesk installed, you can also access Plesk control panel of your cloud

server using a web browser.
Plesk control panel URL: https://your_Cloud_Server_IP_address:8443/
Username: root
Password: root_password_of_your_Cloud_Server

If your cloud server is a Windows server with Plesk installed, please note that some some additional steps are

required before Plesk can be used. 

Here are the steps:
1. Remote desktop into your cloud server.
2. Read "C:\readme.txt" in your Cloud Server for further instructions.
