1) Log into the administrator area with the login detail that created.
2) Select the Blog Admin on the left menu
3) Select the Import Data button
4) Select the WordPress in the drop down list then click Go! button
5) Insert the information as below to the column
Database host: IP of the mysql server
Database user: Database username
Database password: Database user password
Database name: Database Name
Database table prefix: wp_ (by default)
Charset: Database charset (usually is UTF-8)
6) Click on the Import now! button to import the data
