What is an Email Client?

As we know , Webmail (or web-based email) is an email service that can be accessed using a standard web browser.

However in Exabytes here we do not restrict the users to only using our default webmail, but they also can use their own email client for configuring their email account.

So What Is An Email Client?

An email clientemail reader  is a computer program used to access and manage a user's email.

The common arrangement is for an email user (the client) to make an arrangement with a remote Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) server for the receipt and storage of the client's emails. The MTA, using a suitable mail delivery agent (MDA), adds email messages to a client's storage as they arrive. The remote mail storage is referred to as the user's mailbox.

In simpler words, email client is referring to the email software which you could install them at your local end for managing your emails.

There are several types of email client that you can use such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Thunderbird,

Mac Mail , Android , etc .
