Instead of setting free shipping for the entire order, you can also set free shipping for an individual product.
1. Login Admin > Products
2. Click into product
How does it work?
Example A
Emma purchased Product A & Product B from your store.
Shipping rate of your store:
Based on item quantity - RM 8/item
Product A - Free shipping
Product B - Normal shipping fee
Emma will pay RM 8 instead of RM 16 for the shipping fee.
Example B
Emma purchased Product A, Product B & Product C from your store.
Shipping rate of your store:
Based on weight - First 10 kg = RM 10; subsequent 1kg = add on RM 5
Product A - 4 kg
Product B - 4 kg
Product C - 4 kg (Free shipping)
Emma will pay RM 10 instead of RM 20 for the shipping fee.
