Select “SMS DLR” under SMS to know whether recipients have received the SMS

SMS Reply History

You can even view the history of replies from contacts by selecting SMS Reply History under the same SMS tab.

For easy viewing offline, choose to export the report in Microsoft Excel in CSV file format.
