Announcement - Sectigo Planned Maintenance

Dear clients,

One of our cPanel AutoSSL provider: Sectigo will be undergoing planned maintenance. 

Phase 1:

11 Feb 2023, 5.00 PM - 7.00 PM MST

(approximately two hours)

Phase 2:

18 Feb 2023, 5.00 PM - 7.00 PM MST

(approximately two hours)

Phase 3: 

25 Feb 2023, 5.00 PM - 26 Feb 2023, 5.00 AM MST

(approximately twelve hours)

During this window, websites that run  AutoSSL will return errors such as the following:

AutoSSL returns The cPanel Store returned an error (X::InvalidArgument) in response to the request “POST ssl/certificate/free”: Generic exception

Maintenance detail:

The outage is a planned maintenance window and will be resolved automatically.

Shared hosting clients:

We will remain using Sectigo as our default AutoSSL provider.
