1. Login to Exabytes client area via https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php
2. Proceed to Services -> My Services
3. On the SpamExperts product description click on the three horizontal dots ... and View Details
4. Click Manage Routes and verify that the mail route points to your Exabytes mail server:

| Priority | 0 |
| Port | 25 |
This ensures that all emails filtered by SpamExperts are delivered to the correct mail server.
