1 ) Go to Exabytes Billing System at here


2 ) Click on "Request a Password Reset".


3 ) A new page will appear and ask you to key in your email address (as listed in Exabytes Billing System). Enter your email address.


4 ) Your password will be reset and the new password will be sent to your email address.


5 ) Once you received your new password, try login again. If you still not able to login, please Contact Exabytes Customer Service. For verification purpose, you will need to provide Exabytes Customer Service with following information:
