We have put together some questions to give you more information to help with the transition of your Clever Internet accounts.

What happens to my existing products and services?

Your products and services will be migrated to the new billing system. Upon completion, you can login and manage your products and services in the new billing system. 

What happens to my billing account?

Upon completion of the migration, your billing account will be migrated to the new billing system. All your subscriptions and domains will be added to the new billing account. 

Will there be changes to the billing terms?

Yes, new billing terms will be applied. Your orders will no longer be charged in NZD. All new orders will be charged in USD. There will be no additional tax or gateway charges to your new orders. 

What are the accepted payment methods on Exabytes?

We accept Visa, Master Card and process through PayPal. We also accept Wire Transfer. 

For payments via, kindly download  and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (CC_Auth_Form.pdf) attach a copy of this completed form together with your passport and send it to [email protected].Please specify your direct phone number which we can call to verify your identity. Credit card payment will be checked and processed within 2 business days from the date of receiving all supporting documents. Upon successful clearance of payment, service will be activated and you will be notified via email.

For payments via Pay Pal, kindly download complete the PayPal Authorization Form (PayPal-Charge-Authorization-Form.pdf) and email to us at [email protected]

For payments via Wire Transfer, you may need to submit an additional amount of USD $30.00 per wire transfer to cover the wire transfer fee charged by your bank. This is to avoid any underpayment for the balance due in the invoice. We will add back the additional amount received into your billing account. The credit can be applied to your future invoices due.Additionally, wire transfers will normally take 7 working days to process. Therefore, kindly scan and attach your wire transfer confirmation slip to [email protected] so that we may proceed with processing your order. 

What will happen to your auto-recurring payments?

Your current recurring payments will be canceled. You will need to login on https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/clientarea.php and create a new recurring payment for existing unpaid invoices. 

How do I log in?

Access to the old billing system has been disabled. You will need to log in to our new billing system at https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/clientarea.phpBefore logging into the new billing system for the first time, please request a one-time password reset at https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/pwreset.php with your registered email address. 

What happens to my invoices and billing cycles?

Kindly disregard renewal invoice(s) which were sent to you initially by our old billing system. We will cancel the old invoice(s) and re-generate the new renewal invoice(s) using the new billing system

Are there any changes to the Terms & Conditions?
